As it turns out, Peggy is a few minutes late herself when she arrives at the cafe (only because she got lost) She enters the establishment and looks around for any sign of Harry, spotting him at a table near the window. Peggy doesn't hesitate in making her way over to the table, offering him an apologetic smile when she's close enough.]

[Harry only wishes that all the people who have ever been out for his life could be called villains, just as he wishes he could claim his caution came solely from experience and not just a tad of paranoia. Still, he doesn't-- it's simply a spy's lot in life.
He stands when Peggy approaches him and pulls out a chair for her. The movements flow like water and come to him automatically as breathing. Harry's smile barely cracks past the width of a smirk, just enough to appear friendly and unassuming.]

[He sits and gestures for her to join him. A comfortable little sigh passes his lips as he settles back into his chair and keeps one eye almost subconsciously on the street.]

[For a variety of reasons: An opportunity to talk unnoticed, a chance to observe her for any suspect behavior, and to see that Captain Rogers evidently had excellent taste in women. Her old fashioned look allowed her to easily blend in with the natives, but her beauty allowed her to stand out in a different way. Considering how fit Steve is, Harry has to wonder if their universe struck some sort of genetic lottery.
However, that observation sits on the low end of his priorities. He's far more curious as to why Peggy called him here in the first place.]
[Between him standing and pulling out the chair, Peggy wasn't surprised at what some would call 'old-fashioned' practices. He had always given off a polite and well-mannered demeanour whenever they had spoken before.
Of course, Peggy would argue that she was perfectly capable of pulling her own chair out and didn't require him to stand. But she wasn't put off by it in this instance. No reason for her hackles to rise.]

It's good to see you in person as well, Mr. Hart. Though I imagine it would have been inevitable at some point.
[Even if she didn't actively seek out his company, there were only so many places that a person could go to, and then of course there was the ceremonies each month. It was likely they would attend at least one at the same time.]

You'd be surprised. My employees tell me I'm something of a mystery figure around the shop.

[Harry chuckles-- maybe the first time he laughed all week-- and casts Peggy a sidelong glance as their barista approaches with a tea tray.]
Then between us, I wouldn't expect much from this brew. They simply don't have the knack for it over here, you know.
[Harry sounds pleasant enough about it, but the tea is certainly no joke. As for fresh British faces in a sea of an American tourist area, that's a relief he can relate to as well.
Harry quietly thanks the barista and takes his cup of tea. His fingers expertly dart between dispensers on the table for sugar and cream. This blend would be needing it.]
I must admit, I'm surprised to hear that from a charismatic woman such as yourself.
[But only to an extent. A lot of imPorts could be quite cynical towards newcomers, or just general positivity vacuums.]
But if you don't mind the company of an old man, I'd be delighted.
